We are, on behalf of a customer, looking for Tech Talent Acquisition Partners.
We are looking forward to strengthening our team with more amazing colleagues! As a Tech Talent Acquisition Partners within the Product Design Team, you will work operationally with all parts of the recruitment process, e.g. create requirement profiles, create and publish advertisements, search, manage applications and selection in ATS, participate in interviews, reporting/tracking KPI, referral- and recruitment administration. You will be joining a newly formed competent team of Talent professionals who work in a collaborative environment. Together you will set and drive the recruitment plan including all the activities that are needed to achieve the team’s goal. The team is working in an agile context and you will take part in ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros etc. Our aim is to provide the best and most efficient recruitment process while ensuring a world class candidate experience.
Who you are
We believe you are an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with great skills in recruiting tech roles. You have great sourcing skills and a can-do mentality; structured and used to handle many recruitments at the same time. You are confident in yourself and accustomed to working with many stakeholders. You ensure that the diversity perspective and inclusiveness are natural parts of the process.
We also believe you are a strong collaborator and natural “people-person”. You contribute to the team with innovative ideas, always with a helpful positive attitude. You are updated on the tech talent landscape on a global market and have the passion, drive, and enthusiasm to ensure we secure the best talent out there.
The persons we are looking for should have experience and good knowledge of the following:
Great experience and a passion for recruiting tech profiles, preferably from the UX/UI and Service Design talent market
Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums
Know how to build tech talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
Experience of working in a scaling tech organization where efficient recruitment processes and evaluation steps are crucial
Possess outstanding stakeholder management skills
Know how to create a great candidate experience with approachable communication and quick feedback
Great verbal and written communication skills in English
