Now we are looking for several Agile Coaches for our customers based in Stockholm, for is a long term.
Here are the details about the project-
-At present, we are fully focused on introducing an Agile approach to the IT department, and we now need reinforcement to take a bigger step in our Agile relocation.
-The IT department with more than 200 employees (employees and consultants) who primarily work with system development
-Now we are looking for a resource that can help us with the introduction of our Agila thought with the main focus on how we will bring about a change and help the teams to make the transfer purely practical. In other words, great emphasis will be placed on supporting the implementation phase and refining what already exists in our Agile thinking.
The main task is to support the introduction of an Agile approach both practically and culturally.
Examples of tasks:
• Assist the department with expertise in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
• Hold reviews/training within Agile principles
• Be able to coach teams and scrum masters in Agile implementation and refinement
• Be able to assist with expertise in SAFE
• Conduct own focus tasks
• Help to establish Agile principles in the department
To achieve success in this assignment, you should have a high level of social competence and a very good ability to cooperate and communicate. You need to have good decision-making ability and be development- and result-oriented. You should also be thorough, analytical and structured and have a very good holistic view and understand what can compromise on the Agile principles in order to bring about a transfer and implementation.
