Short description of the product area and team
Our team is called Member Engagement, and we work in the Customer Engagement Area, in the Customer Domain in Business Tech.
This is a full-time Software Engineer, frontend (web) developer role within a Product Team working with the Company Loyalty Program. We are 15 dedicated team members; engineers, data analysts, business experts, product designer and Product Owner.
We identify customer pain points, research, define problem statements and hypothesis, ideate solutions in workshops and build prototypes which we iterate before launching our solutions to our global community of more than 120 million Members.
Being part of this team means that you need to be curious, creative, open to new ideas and willing to roll up the sleeves. We build our solutions, and we run them – meaning that we all have a shared responsibility of securing high quality. We manage our own incidents, and as a front-end developer, you will also be part of a front-end community where you will spend part time on development and testing for solutions that are not necessarily part of our team.
It is key that you are comfortable with writing and managing your own Jira stories (incl all necessary details and dependencies, Definition of Done and test cases).
We still work 100% remotely, but meet in Teams every day and have a number of sessions every week where we get together and refine our stories and tasks.
